We travel by hired bus to the shore of the LOWER KILLARNEY LAKE in the KILLARNEY NATIONAL PARK. Two small motorboats take us across the lake into the Killarney River and upstream though the woodlands and the mountains of the National Park until we reach the famous UPPER LAKE. At the very end of this long-stretched body of water we disembark and have tea, coffee and a snack at a former hunter’s lodge – while we enjoy the view over…
